Description: This course continues to reinforce the job performance requirements of Fire Company Officer I program, while examining critical issues in leadership, human resources, instructing, community interaction, and finances. Topics will include basic investigation techniques, operational plans, and communicating in the written medium. Successful completion of the program requires proficiency demonstrated in written practical skills and a multiple-choice examination.
