This course continues to reinforce the job performance requirements of Fire Company Officer II; however, begins the progression to an administrative level officer. Critical elements that will be presented include hiring, promotions, injury prevention, recordkeeping, budget administration, and planning. All skill elements are of the written medium and expected to be produced at a college level. Successful completion of the program requires proficiency demonstration in written practical skills and a multiple-choice examination.
