DESCRIPTION:[PA State Fire Academy Course] Class Fee: $100\, (covered by subscription); $25 Lab Fee *NOT covered by subscription*\nDates: March 9th & 10th; 1800–2230 & March 13th\, 2022; 0800–1600    (16 Hrs\, Min. Age: 18)  NO Juniors!!  Experienced firefighters ONLY!\nInstructor: Brad Dunham \nPrerequisites: Essentials of Fire Fighting or EL–Interior Firefighter. This class is open to all fire personnel.  However\, preferential discretion will be exercised in class attendee selection in regards to company level officers and members responsible for fire scene examinations. \n**Law enforcement is welcome to sign up without the prerequisites.**  \nClassroom course covers: scene assessment\, activation of the Emergency Response System\, evaluation of potential and existing water hazards\, scene management\, rescue vs. recovery\, and personal safety measures. Course meets NFPA 1670 awareness level guidelines. \n**Students are REQUIRED to bring eye protection\, helmet\, gloves\, and to wear boots.** \nClick the button below to register your student. \n
